Our niece Jessica and her husband Kris were united as one two weeks ago at the very spot where their love for each other took root. They met at college but fell in love when he came to visit with her while she was staying with us during our family camp.

When we took the position as camp manager, Jessica graciously offered to come and help me with the little children during our busiest week of the summer. She was an amazing helper and made life so fun for the children. It's very rare that you will find Jessica without a smile or a contagious laugh. As her and Kris grew closer, he too would come and spend the week at camp. The boys loved having him around and they wore him out with all the wrestling and swinging. We all made some wonderful memories during those weeks. Of course I don't have pictures of all the things I can recall like our late night talks, mid-morning iced coffees, peanut butter & jelly toast, dora to the rescue, home videos and many more. But notice, I did capture the goat milking. :) Thank you both for all of your help and fun memories.
Here are some of the pictures I captured of their special day.
