Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

Here is a recipe for our families favorite Banana Muffins:

2 c.  whole wheat flour
1 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
healthy shake of cinnamon
2 eggs
4 mashed bananas
1/2 c. applesauce

Mix all together and pour batter into greased muffin tins.  Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.  If you prefer to use all whole wheat then use 3 c. whole wheat flour and omit the all purpose.  We do it both ways and they taste great either way. 
Makes about 20 muffins depending on the size you like them. 

These make a great 'breakfast on the run'.  Hope your family enjoys these as much as we do.  :)
