Last night we enjoyed some of our corn on the cob from last years harvest, thanks to some advice from a wonderful friend.
Last summer we took the corn in the husk and placed it in a brown paper sack. Then folded the sack up tightly and placed it into the freezer. Then when we were ready to eat it...or when we remembered it was in there, we took the bag out and let it thaw. Then shuck and prepare as normal.
It was a little on the tough side, but it sure was good. It's getting us all excited for the garden.
